Thanks for posting on our community forum and sorry to hear you're having issues with your TV box(s)

 

Is the audio affected on every channel? Is your TV volume turned up to max using the TV remote, just to double check?

I changed the audio output to PCM 5.1 (HDMI only) and it's loud and clear using Polk Magnifi2 sound bar with wireless sub.
