I think I need a new box, it won’t log in or get passed to welcome bit. Tried all the suggested fixes, disconnect from power etc etc but still joy. Any help most welcome
You should call VM faults to report this.
150 (from a Virgin phone), 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) and follow the "I have a fault" options.
Staff do respond on here, but it might take a couple of days.
