I installed tv 360 last week, I turn my tv off at night then always noticed that the box is switched off as well? My old TiVo didn’t do this it was always left on? Anyone know why?

Hi sharondixon999,

If have One Power set to on in Settings, Audio and Video, then pressing the red power button on the remote will turn off the TV and 360 box, if you only want to turn your TV off then press the white button marked TV.

Yeah I only ever press the tv button off I don’t press the red that’s why I’m confused?

If one power is turned on try turning it off.

Another possibility is your TV might have a manage other devices option and is turning the 360 off.
