Received and installed a new box yesterday
I am unable to record any tv programmes when pressing the record button I see the following
error code CS6031 we can’t locate your hard disk
cannot find this error code anywhere !!!

Another customer reported this error and it was fixed by rebooting the set top box. New-360-box-can-t-record/
