Virgin remote

Hi, my remote isn’t working… well the volume and on / off button is but it won’t bring up a tv menu or change the channel. 

I’ve tried unpairing / repairing nothing seems to be moving the channel

Try taking the batteries out for a couple of minutes and then repairing to the 360 by pressing the TV + 0 button until the light on the front of the 360 flashes, if you have a remote with 2 batteries this should be about 5 seconds if it has 4 batteries about 10 seconds.
