Hi,
I just recently changed to the 360 box however I can't connect up the hub,, /TV, getting an error cs1002.
I think it's the splitter is the issue, I have an old upc outlet on the wall and the splitter won't fully go on it as there are two outlets on it.
Will I now have to pay for a technician to call our to fix it?

Firstly, you mention UPC.
UPC is now Virgin Media Ireland, which means you are outside the UK.
This is a Virgin Media UK customer forum, which is a totally different company to the one in the Irish Republic.
You will have to contact VM Ireland to fix this.
