Hello
I have now been on the phone to Virgin several times for a long period of time and have had two engineers out (both very nice!) the TV mysteriously works when they come round then it stops working. It’s been 2 weeks since the contract started. I’m not sure what to do.
also I requested the package with O2 SIM but I never received the SIM card.
my first bill is due out and it’s around 75£ but at present only WiFi is working so I feel as though I’m paying for a whole lotta nothin!

In what way is your TV360 service not working? Is this affecting live TV? OnDemand? Recorded programmes?
