We had Virgin installed in December. Internet and SIM working fine now. However TV has never worked from day one. Engineer said we had the wrong box and it has never worked. Have spent many many hours trying to resolve issue by phone and got nowhere. I have contacted Complaints Dept. and they have been very unhelpful. Just referring me back to calling them up again. Is it better just to log a complaint with Ofcom? Or cancel the Direct Debit?
