How to use the mobile app as a remote control

You can control your Virgin TV 360 box from your device with the TV Go app. Here’s how:

• For iOS, tap the Connect to TV icon at the top right hand side of the screen.
• For Android, go the main menu > Guide > My Shows > Manage > Info > Remote Control

I can get the remote control on the app but there are no numbers on it

Press the menu button and select guide, you can then scroll up and down the tv guide.

Hi Annied1,

The app is fairly basic if you want a second remote does your TV have a smart remote, my LG TV has a universal remote setting with the 360 connected as a Ziggo set-top box, some universal remote's use Ziggo Mediabox Next.
