Hello, I have a virgin 360 box (upgraded from V6). I have the TV Go app on my iPhone. I have recorded programs on my 360 box. I can connect to the 360 box using the app on my phone via the house WiFi. I can see the recordings on the phone but they wont play . I get the message "Not available. Sorry we can't play this at this moment" I'd be grateful of any help from the community. TIA.
