Virgin TV Go app question.

Hello, I have a virgin 360 box (upgraded from V6). I have the TV Go app on my iPhone.  I have recorded programs on my 360 box. I can connect to the 360 box using the app on my phone via the house WiFi. I can see the recordings on the phone but they wont play . I get the message "Not available. Sorry we can't play this at this moment" I'd be grateful of any help from the community. TIA.

Had the same issue try restarting the main box
If that does not work remove the app from your phone then restart the box again then re install the app

I am sorry to see that you are having issues with your recordings.

 

Please can you tell me if you have tried uninstalling the app and re-installing? Have you tried using the web browser option rather than the app for TVGO?
