Virgin TV Go - Can't watch recordings

When trying to watch recordings from my V6 (upgraded to 360) box on my phone or laptop i get the "Only available at home" message, despite being at home and on the same network? Any ideas please folks? I'm only trying to watch programmes that I have previously been able to on TV Go,.so something has changed.

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the community forums, it's great to have you here. 

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your TV Go service. Can you try selecting 'saved' in the bottom right hand side.

Then at the top of the screen, next to search with a magnifying glass, press the square box with a remote in, you should get a pop up saying 'connect to'. 

Make sure you are connected to the correct box, also make sure the device has no VPN's active.
