Have received new 360 remote finally !!!
but still no software update for new box is there a way I can download and do this myself ?
Getting a little frustrating as have spoken more than 3 times to C/S but such a simple task seems beyond them 😟
Check your V6 menu for an "upgrade to TV360 now" app.
Until that's present, you can't force anything. Once that's present, follow the onscreen prompts.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your V6 software migration. How long ago was it that you agreed the contract/package with the 360 software upgrade? Does your current contract and recent bills show 360 as part of your TV package?
