Before I install my new Virgin TV 360 box, will all recordings & series links transfer over from the old TiVo box?

No, is the short answer.

TV360 is completely different to TiVo/V6 in the same way as Apple is completely different to Android.

If you currently have a TiVo, it is physically swapped for a TV360 and you will have new hardware. If you have a V6, it is software-converted but that includes a reformat of your HDD.

In either case, all your recordings and series links are permanently deleted.

I am very sorry but @japitts is correct and your recordings and series links cannot be carried across to the new 360 box.
