The current v360 upgrade that has been rolled out this week, you will only get two new remotes there should be an update to the box will will be pushed sometime today and can happen after midnight, this is done to have the least amount of disruption to the customer.

Not sure how you fixed it for Mikey - but I'm having the same problem. Remotes were delivered as planned on Tuesday, but no "Upgrade to Virgin TV 360now" showing on the Home screen (and no app either)?
