This is a helpful post just in case you end up with an upgrade failure like me on converting your V6 box to the new Virgin TV 360 software with a MA1/4/11 message!
DO not bother resetting your box in any way it does not work, just ring faults on 150 on your telephone, I ended up 2nd line support remote session, problem fixed!
