Virgin Media Store App on Virgin TV 360 does not remember what you've watched

Hi,

We have paid for Yellowstone on the Virgin Media Store and are watching it via the Virgin Media Store app on the Virgin TV 360 Box.  One frustration is that the box/app does not remember what you have watched - i.e. if you have previously watched 24 minutes of an episode, it just starts from the beginning again and the fast-forward feature is not very fast at all.

Are we doing something wrong - is there a better way to watch it, or jump straight to what you watched last time.

To continue watching a Virgin Movie that you’ve already started on a V6 you go to: Home > On Demand > Continue Watching.

I would expect it would be the same using a 360 box.  I can't test that as I haven't bought any content from the VM Store

On Sky Movies on the 360, if there's a movie you've already started watching, the next time you select it and click on "Watch",  another screen opens with the options "Continue watching",  and "Watch from Start". I would have expected it to be the same with movies from the VM Store.

There's nothing describing how  to continue from where you left off on the https://www.virginmediastore.com/pages/help-faq  but there is a  contact number there 0800 027 0801 from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week

Unfortunately the Virgin Media Store programmes don’t appear in the ‘continue watching’ list. They only appear in the Virgin Media Store app which is very limited in its features.
