I was upgraded from V6 to TV360 a few weeks ago and had terrible problems with recordings buffering, disappearing, thumbnails not showing etc, a couple of phone calls to customer services left me up in the air because no solution was offered. This morning a Virgin Engineer turned up out of the blue to change the box from Arries to Humax. I had no warning but he happened to be in the area and had a call from his boss about changing my box. It works fine now, so thank you Virgin Media!!
