Virgin Customer Service

I applied online for a new 360 box as an existing Ooomph customer and received an email saying it was being processed. No activation fees, same monthly price as I'm on now (literally three weeks into a new contract). Then had an email this morning saying to call your customer service which I did. 25 mins on hold and then after speaking to someone got transferred to an automated line which cut me off. Called back, 20 mins on hold, spoke to someone called Rebecca and same issue. Transferred me to an automated line which cut me off. Appalling service and over an hour wasted and still no answer as to whether I can get the 360 setup as advertised and the price that you emailed me.
