Virgin 360

Hello,

I received the 360 remotes last week and tried to upgrade the software in the app section on the tivo box, but was met with  migration not possible please try again later. The virgin tv 360 installation app has now disappeared and I am unsure what to do now.

Have you tried rebooting the box

Do you mean restarting the tivo box in the settings? I have tried this a few times now. I can see that you can clear and delete everything on the tivo box  Could this work?

No I mean by unplugging the box from the power supply and restarting it...

I have unplugged the tivo box and restarted it and still no change.

Still waiting for Virgin tv 360 update

Got my remotes back in December, the app to update to  virgin 360 didn't work, and I'm still waiting for the new update.

I am sorry you are still waiting for the update- if you subscribed you should be able to download the update.

 

Please can you check your contract via your online account and confirm if you can see you do have the 360 subscription here?

 

If not, you will need to speak with our team on 0345 454 1111 to upgrade the account.
