Virgin 360

Had new 360 box fitted last week, it will randomly swtch off for a second or 2, both sound and picture. Have checked all the wires and rebooted the box a nunber of times but to no avail.  How I wish I'd just kept the V6 box!!! Ringing Virgin doesnt help, just get automated viice that runs a test, says it will send a signal and reboot all our kit, but that never seems to happen. Anyone else having these issues?

I've had mine about a month, and touch wood, have had no problems.  I did take the option for an engineer install and insisted I see it working properly before he left.  Not sure if that helped.  

I think, VM knowing this was a trial, should have set up a dedicated team to handle 360 problems.
