Hi,
My Virgin360 mini box is not playing any recordings. Each time I go to play a show it says ‘the 360 box is offline, or not connecting. Turn it on to watch your recordings’. The 360 & 360 mini are both switched on. I’ve rebooted both boxes but nothing has fixed it.

Both boxes need to be set to Fast start or Active start and connected to the hub. Can you watch on demand and catchup TV.

Yes, all other features are working perfectly fine. I’ve not had any issues since both boxes were installed in January and have been able to watch 24/7. No settings have changed. These issues started yesterday and have continued

If you go to Settings, Info, you can check your software version, is it 4.31 or 4.32 ?

There are a few similar posts to yours, I would suggest doing a factory reset to see if that fixes anything, it doesn't delete any recordings but you may have to sign into Netflix accounts again.
