Hi all,
We are having serious problems with our virgin 360 .We upgraded via the software upgrade.
The last few months we have been re booting and tonight we have lost picture all together.
A technician is booked for Saturday!
what is the likely outcome of his visit?

If you have a faulty box he will replace it.
