Hi,
I have just switched to Virgin media and have a mini box for a small old TV in the bedroom. This has a scart connection, I have tried using a scart to HDMI adapter but can't get a signal. Is there a way to connect a 360 mini box to a scart port using an adapter if so which one or do I need to get a new TV?

If you did get an adapter that worked the picture quality would be rubbish, this could be an excellent excuse to get a new TV.

I don’t believe the mini scart socket on the 360 boxes are actually active.
Ignore me. I just read your post again 🙄

The only supported connections from V360 boxes are HDMI ones.
It's time for a new TV...

The last box to support SCART is the TiVo, but it's only a matter of time when it will be replaced. Although there are HDMI to SCART adapters their reliability cannot be predicted. As advised, get a new TV, a full HD TV such as this LG costs from £149.
