Hi, I have my new remote and began the update process yesterday.
The update failed and then I had to select the quit option. The box now is looping from the welcome screen to a small white box with a white download arrow, this has been going on for 15hrs.
I spoke to virgin this morning who's tech guy said after 40 mins the download failed!!!! He would need to transfer the case to another department and I would have to wait 5 days.
I told him I had read on here that a nex box would be needed but he refused to order me one.
Anyone else have issues like this?
Have spoken to the Twitter team who advised I post on here for a moderator to review and hopefully help.
