Hi, I have a recently installed 360 tv box by Virgin engineer and I was trying to record a programme and a message appeared advising “recordings full” and that I would have to delete old recordings before being able to record anything. But there is nothing listed for me to delete and it’s a brand new box so nothing has been recorded ? Any ideas please? I have tried resetting - switching off and back on etc.. and tried recording different programs but no luck. thanks David
You could try doing a factory reset it doesn't delete any recordings but by the sound of things you haven't got any, it does alter a couple of settings, dolby setting defaults back to always on and I am sure there is another one which I can't remember at the moment.
