Does anybody know how long Customers Services take to get in touch? On 16th January 2021 I received a box for the installation of Virgin 360 without any instructions. After installing having watched a Youtube video I got an error message and phoned Virgin on 150 after hanging on in a queue the phone was disconnected after 52 minutes and left me fuming. I completed a complaint form which is still on the system and tells me somebody will be in touch soon.
It appears the box they sent me was for my second box and I just needed to reboot the original box which I only found out by researching this site. I look forward to hearing from Virgin one day.
