Virgin 360 and Hub 5 Compatability.

Just been given 360 at a good price with 1gb connection. They also sent me a Hub 4 and told me on the the phone that the Hub 5 software was not compatible with the 360 box. Surely this is not correct? I did install the hub 4 that came with it but am thinking I would be better off with the Hub 5 that I already had as I potentially want to use wifi 6 to connect my PC. Thanks.

I reckon it would work fine, I mean the 360 works fine with customers own routers ask for it to be activated and see how it goes

Hi @snowdome 

The hub5 is compatable with the 360, I have my 360 connected to the hub 5.

The hub 5 at present isn't available to everybody, it's on a phased rollout.
