My remote for my second 360 box has failed and will not pair. Can’t get through to the help desk been on hold for ages. I have reset the box and this has had no effect.
Have tried pairing the remote from your first box to your second box, if that works and you cannot pair your second remote to your first box then it looks like you have a faulty remote.
Are they 2 V6 boxes or a 360 box and a mini box ?
Thanks they are both v6 boxes which have been updated to 360 was concerned if I did that for the other remote I could end up losing both.
You may need to unpair the remote first or the box might give you that option when you try to pair another remote. I can't remember what the options are.
Maybe BlueLou or BenMcr can tell you.
There are instructions here on how to reset the remote back to factory and the repairing.
Went through all of this eventually got through to virgin who sent a new remote after exhausting all options. Thanks for the help though.
