Virgin 360 Recordings

Hi. We’ve just replaced 2 TiVo boxes with a 360 + mini. We used to have a box each, but all recordings now show on both boxes and all profiles. Is there a way to separate our recordings please?  I’m sure there is but we can’t find it!

No, all recordings are on the TV 360 box and available to all profiles on all boxes.

Thank you for replying. I have to say that I’m a little disappointed in that and see it as a backwards step though I’m afraid. Much preferred separate boxes

Try setting up profiles. It wont change the fact that the recordings list is shared across boxes, but it will mean the shortcuts take you to the stuff you want to watch first. The tiles under the Saved area of the menu will be specific to the recordings you watch
