Virgin 360 Box

I ordered an upgrade from my Tivo box to the 360 box. All I have so far is a new fancy remote. Tried to upgrade Tivo box with 360 download but just shows error message. Will I get a new box sent out to replace the Tivo box?

Is your box a TiVo or a V6? Check on https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box if you're not sure.

V6 (which run TiVo software) are software-converted to TV360, it's the TiVo that are hardware swapped.

Mention of the "upgrade now" icon suggests a V6. You also refer to an error message, but not what the error is?
