You've not explained the issue, but I'm going to make some assumptions here.. feel free to correct me.
You currently have a V6 and am trying to convert it to a TV360, but am encountering error code MA1/4/0. You're trying to look for ways to resolve this, and suspect the port-configuration test failing could be the reason.
If I'm right... then no it won't be the reason. The port-config-test often fails on V6 that are otherwise working perfectly, mine included.
The error code MA1/4/0 is an account-related error, and you will usually need to seek VM intervention via faults-CS to rectify it.
