Whether it's worth it, is upto you - there's literally dozens of threads on this very subject which you can find using the forum search tool. Fundamentally TV360 is different to V6 in the same way that Android is different to iOS - so in this sense, even calling it an upgrade is debatable. It is a conversion. Many people on here will say it's better, many will say it's worse - all depends how you use your box and which functions you use.

It has a much newer interface, but does lack some of the tweaks and finer features of the V6.

Yes, you will lose all your recordings and series links - your V6 will be reformatted and the new software installed in its place.

Well you were misadvised, which doesn't surprise me massively.

If you've requested the conversion, then I strongly suggest you start blitzing your recordings now - and start noting down which ones are available via other means.

If you've not requested it, then this is something you need to factor in to your deliberations.
