V6 to 360 upgrade issues

Recently upgraded our V6 box to the 360 remote and are now really regretting it. Really slow start up, frequently kicks us out of apps so we have to sign in to iplayer or Netflix every time we want to watch something, catch up tv doesn't work and the icing on the cake; it's deleted all our recordings and planned recordings. Contacted customer services last week who said that it might be five days before it's resolved but it's only got worse since then. Even if they fix it, the interface feels really overcomplicated and clunky compared to the previous one. If I'd known what we were getting into, I absolutely would not have upgraded. This coupled with the price hike in April and I'm seriously considering cancelling. Anyone else had issues?

I am sorry you have been having issues with your new 360 boxes. When you upgrade, your box will be wiped of all recordings and planned recordings, with being signed out of your apps, do you know if the box is in eco mode at all?
