V6 box with virgin 360 problems

Over the past few days, my v6 box with virgin 360 keeps powering itself off over and over again. When this happens the power light on the box flashes for about 1 minute. If I turn the box back on it happens again within 5 minutes. I've tried power cycling the box to no avail.

Hi @kushakhan 

Sorry to see you are having problems with teh 360 box continually rebooting. Any box doing this needs replacing.

You should call  150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults

When calling Faults you will hear the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc

Ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.

Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit to replace the box.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the 360 box rebooting.
I'd like to take a look into getting this replaced for you.
