V6 box with virgin 360 problems

Over the past few days, my v6 box with virgin 360 keeps powering itself off over and over again. When this happens the power light on the box flashes for about 1 minute. If I turn the box back on it happens again within 5 minutes. I've tried power cycling the box to no avail.

Hi @ceva156

If your 360 keeps rebooting then you need to phone it in as a fault.

You should call  150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults

When calling Faults you will hear the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc

Ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.

Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.

Whilst newapollo is correct to say this is a box fault regardless of model, I'd mention one small thing in addition..

There's no such thing as a V6 with 360. The two descriptions refer to the software, and TiVo/V6 is not TV360.

You used to have a V6 and have now converted it into a TV360. At that point it stopped being a V6, that refers (among other things) to the TiVo software that your box doesn't run anymore.
