Over the past few days, my v6 box with virgin 360 keeps powering itself off over and over again. When this happens the power light on the box flashes for about 1 minute. If I turn the box back on it happens again within 5 minutes. I've tried power cycling the box to no avail.

There's no such thing as a "V6 box with 360" - you don't have a V6 anymore, it's just a 360!

Regardless though, any TV box that's rebooting like this has a fault. You can either call into report that on the usual number, or wait on here for staff to respond - that may take a few days.

It's likely to need a tech visit.
