Hello, we’ve just received our 360 mini box which we’ve set up.  There were 2 remote controls included, one for the new box and the other so we can upgrade our V6 box.  There should be an option on the Home Screen to ‘Upgrade to TV360 now’.  That option isn’t showing on our Home Screen.  Can someone please help me? I’m getting absolutely nowhere when I speak to customer service at Virgin.

Have you checked in Apps & Games the upgrade might be in there. Make sure you have watched any recordings you want to see because the upgrade will format the hard drive and delete all recordings and series links.

Hi, yes I’ve checked the Apps and Games, it’s not there.  Thanks for the tip about the recordings, much appreciated
