Hi again @Cjecho

Thanks for the update. That was quick.

You can also ask the engineer to move the hub at the same time if you want it placing eleswhere.

Hi @Cjecho

The white coaxial cable needs connecting to the 360 It won't work without it.

You will need to call VM and ask for a manned install so they can move/extend the cable.  You can't do it yourself as it can affect signals for neighbours as well as your own connection.

Call 150 from your VM landline or mobile, Option 3 - New accounts and set up

I did ring an ask for engineer yesterday when I realised I couldn't plug it in but I just thought I'd asked on her whilst waiting to see if there was anything I could do thank you

By means of some background info, all VM TV boxes require 2 connections...

1: The co-ax cable, this is what carries broadcast TV channels.

2: An internet connection - for OnDemand, streaming & various updates. Wired (recommended if possible) or wireless via your homehub.

Then the HDMI lead to your TV

Hi Cjecho,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.

I'm sorry to hear the quick start installation hasn't gone as straight forward as it should. We are glad than an engineer is already booked to sort things for you though.

Please keep us posted on how the visit goes and if you need any further help or support, you know where we are.

Take care,
