Randomly when playing a program in Amazon Prime it starts showing the audio and visual from live BBC but continues to show the Prime subtitles.

Also.... Do other streaming apps/VoD work?

It's the same internet connection being used for all online services, this will help ID if this an app-specific issue or a more general connectivity problem.
