Upgrading V6 to 360 problem

Looking for some help to get this upgrade going, been through all the suggestions, phoned once and went through a process that did nothing, went on chat help yesterday only to go through the whole same process and being told again to wait 24 hours for the upgrade to come through. Still no option to upgrade and my V6 has lost all functions except watching live tv since Friday.

You need to call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

Are the other functions watching recordings and on-demand.  Do you get any error codes.

Thank you for the advice, at the moment we can’t record a programme, pause live tv or access any catch up or on demand, the menus are “grey” and you can’t actually even click on any of them. The error is gives is “unknown error please call unknown” I will try calling again following your advice, thank you.
