Upgraded to TV 360 with two V6 boxes. Only got one remote.

The new 360 remote packaging suggests I should have received a remote for each of my V6 boxes but there was only one. 
Can one remote be used for two boxes?

Hi targa32,

You can only pair one 360 remote to one box so you do need another one. The quickest way to get one would be to call 150 from your Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone or wait for a member of the forum team to pick this up which could be 2 to 3 day's.
