I’ve upgraded to the new 360 service and just received two new controllers.
They’re exactly the same as my current V6 controllers, no voice button etc.
Have I been sent the wrong thing? Are the controllers meant to be different?
If not how does the voice control work?

The remote for the 360 is different to the V6 remote, this link will show you what it should look like,
looks like you will need to call Virgin on 150, or wait for a member of the Forum Team to pick this up, that could be a couple of day's unless you are lucky.
You will need the new remote's to do the upgrade.

Been waiting since 21st May and already called three times for them to send me the wrong thing 😔

The remotes are sent out BEFORE the update and once they are received, it is then that you complete the update via the TV.
Unless the procedure has changed, the remotes have ALWAYS been sent out before updating?!!!! Jeeeez - no wonder customers are confused..........
Apologies, and my mistake on that front.
There does appear to be a work order on your account @Vodka-Lass and this is due to be closed tomorrow.
This represents the remote controls being sent out to you and you will be able to complete the software upgrade to our 360 services
phoned them and the remotes have arrive at home.
I’m away at work so will complete the upgrade once back.
