Why, oh why can't I upgrade to the tv360 service in my upgrade and offers section of my online account? I've been with Virgin Media since you [edited] started. I don't want to be on hold trying to talk to someone for hours. I don't want to "live chat" spending ages typing to a chat bot. Just let me do what I want to do with a couple of clicks **bleep**. It's not a difficult concept to understand for a tech company/ service provider surely?
