Upgrade to maxit still not done

I upgraded with retention today from mixit to maxit. When will the new channels show?

Did you do this package change by phone, or an online method?

If it was done by phone, the change is usually immediate. Online changes can take a day or so extra - recieving the emailed confirmation is usually the trigger.

Hi, firstly thanks for taking the time to reply. 

The upgrade was over the phone and I’ve had email confirmations to say the upgrade and the package changes etc. 

I’ve tried calling but was old hold for over an hour, I’ve done the WhatsApp but haven’t had any replies as of yet. 

Is there anything else I can do at home?

Hi @Andy2110 

Have you tried rebooting the 360?

It's also possible that's it's waiting to receive the upgrade signal over the air so is waiting to resync with the internet and then update.
