I cannot upgrade to 360. No one answers the phone at virgin media, webchat is useless, whatsapp similar. What is going on at Virginmedia - customer service is awful.
I hate it if I had broadband issues if this is how they treat their customers.
How can I get to talk to someone at VM?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your upgrade to a 360 box, in what way is the update failing, are you trying to do the update via your box or arrange for an upgrade to 360?
If you're trying to progress the update on your box and this is being stopped, are you getting any error messages on your box?
What happened, when you tried to contact us over the phone about this? How long, did you wait on hold to speak to the team?
