Upgrade to 360 - complete nightmare

So signed up for new package which included the 1gb fibre and TV360.

I have 2 existing V6 boxes.

New HUB4 router arrived but only 1x TV 360 remote.

Called Virgin, cannot order extra remote until TV360 activated.

So activated TV 360 on downstairs box which also upgraded the 2nd V6 box.

However cannot use the 2nd box as don't have a TV360 remote for it and cannot get passed remote pairing screen.

This is despite the first CS person telling me I could use existing V6 remote on 2nd box until new 360 version arrives.

Called Virgin CS again to order 2nd remote as TV360 now activated.

Have to wait 3-5 days for it to arrive, so 2nd V6 box inoperable until then.

Complete shambles.

Can you not use your single TV 360 remote to set up the second box then use the Virgin TV Go app to operate one of the boxes until your second remote turns up?
