I upgraded my package l. I have received an order confirmation email, but have not received any further information from Yodel regarding my delivery from the 16th of February . When checking my open orders in my Virgin Media account there's no open orders listed.
Is this normal for the order to not show on the My account section?
When I upgraded to 360, the order didn't show in My Virgin Media until the actual day of delivery for some reason. I'm taking part in the new Wifi Pod trial and received the Pod yesterday - I received a text about an hour before delivery but no email until after the Pod was delivered!
