This error is not uncommon when you're converting a V6, and there's a mismatch between the software platform your box is trying to use and what VM's systems are expecting.
VM will need to intervene to resolve this. Either by phone or waiting here.

Ok so i phoned virgin media yesterday and there is a fault on my actual box apparently.
they are sending me out a new box within the next 3-5 working days.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your box looked into, I am sorry this has occurred whilst trying to upgrade to the 360!

As i already said below. Virgin media said i have a fault on my tv box. So they sent me out a replacement which has now solved my problems.
