Hi Guys
I have an unopened and unused TV 360 Set top box with remote and cables etc that I was sent (long story) but not using. Don't want to trash it, can i give it back to Virgin (if so how) or can i pass it on to someone else.
Not sure what my options are

A similar query came up a while ago, in that instance it was a user who had the box due to package discounts but no use for it.
I recall the answer was that there was no mechanism for returning the kit without causing issues with the account discounts.
Therefore store safely unless VM advise to the contrary.

You definitely can't give it to someone else because the box is owned by Virgin and if you ever close your TV account you will need to return it to Virgin or be charged for it.
If you have closed your account completely with Virgin then you should have received some packaging here's a link for information.

Hi @IbnWifi
At least you have a ready made replacement should the current box you are using breakdown.
You should be able to swap them over and then call 0800 953 9500 with the box serial number to have it reactivated. (VM set top boxes are usually deactivated if not used for around 30 days.)
