Unreliable Netflix App on TV360

Hi,

Is anyone else having issues with the Netflix app on TV360? 

Never had a problem before upgrading, now it refuses to connect, but passes all the diagnostics tests.  Power cycling the box doesn't help either.

Netflix works fine on all other devices.

Anyone any ideas?

Can't say I have, working fine on all 3 of my boxes here. Is there any specific error messages you're getting when trying to access it?

Could try resetting the box, this would force the app to get re installed

Does OnDemand work ok? How about other streaming services?

They all use the same internet connection.

Thank you for your post regarding your Netflix issue on your TV360 box, sorry to hear you are having problems with accessing the App via your box. Please can you perform a Factory Reset on your TV360 box by going to Settings, then Cog, then System then press Factory Reset. When you do this, you won't lose any recordings or any profile info on your TV360 but it will reset the Netflix app and you will also need to sign in again.
